No Internet, No idea how to fix it

<p>I have been with Neotel for many years now and have also been please with their service, i have even recommended them to clients and friends over other telcom companies because of their cheap mobile internet options. Neotel has had problems in the past as many companies do and i find that eventually things get recitified in a timely manner. unfortunately their latest problem seems like it cannot be fixed. i have had no or extremely slow internet for the past 6 days. My business as many others requires me to be online but unfortunately this is not possible and as per Neotel, they have no idea when it will be possible.,this does not instill me with any confindence. i can understand a techinical error, as i said it happens in all companies and i can allow for one day to while they rectify the situation, but to be at day 6 with no idea when it will be recitified, as per their own call centre, tells me that Neotel unfortunately either has people who aren't proficient in their job or they aren't able to deliver an internet service any longer and it's time to move on.</p> <p>I await there response if any, hopefully it has more details than, "we have a problem, we dont know when it will be fixed"</p>
