No installations on a thatch house? If only they had told me upfront.

<p>I was very excited to get my Neotel Wireless installed at my house. The technicians arrived only to tell me they cant install because i have a thatch roof and it's a lightning risk! If only the sales person had qualified me properly :( Not very impressed at all.</p>
