NO INSTALLATION NEOTEL ANTENNA - NO L BRACKET

Extremely poor service from Neotel for installation. 17/12/2015 at my place, the technician, Shaun says cant install the antenna because my roof is overlapping. Technician does not mention he does not have L bracket for the antenna. L brackets are used for overlapping roofs like Dstv dishes. 18/12/2015, Pertunia sales consultant does a conference call with the Technician. Technician is extremely arrogant and uncooperative to me says that I am \testing his intelligence". Surely cannot speak to customers like this? No point in the conference call did Shaun mention he does not have L bracket. I urge Pertunia to send another technician in Jan 2016 and she reassures me they will and that I would need to pay the call out fee this time. 4/01/2016 Neotel sends same technician Shaun. I speak further to Shaun and find out he does not have L bracket. I speak to Erick sales manager and he says their technicians do not have L brackets. Neotel not willing to get the required hardware i.e L bracket for the antenna. I would understand if there wasn't coverage in my area"
