No idea what they are doing!

<p>I pay over R1,000-00 per month for a Wi-Fi service that seems to be too technologically advanced for them to handle. The service is pretty unreliable at the best of times but this time it has been out of service since Sunday morning and they are unable to tell me when it will be fixed. Ridiculous!</p>
