No high speed internet connections as advertised

I have recently signed up for the Neoflex data 15GB package that includes the rooter. It was delivered about a week ago. Even though I was assured that there is good signal in the neighbourhood in Centurion where I stay, this turned out not to be the case.<br> I have tried to put the rooter all over our house but the signal remains very slow. When we then try to access the internet via wifi with our mobile devices it takes very long for example to open whatsapp or facebook etc. I do not even want to try youtube or dstv...<br> As this product is clearly advertised as \high speed internet connection"this level of performance is not acceptable to me and my household and our various needs. I have emailed on Thursday but have not received a response thus far. <br> As we are still in the first weeks of our contract we would like to cancel this service as it is not offering what is advertised. If there is an adsl type of connection that would actually deliver on the high speed internet connection we would consider taking that instead from Neotel.
