No feedback Received For Termination of Contract

In July 2017 i sent and email to Neotel terminate my contract and to activate it on prepaid only. No one rep**** to me and last month again I sent an email to ********** and ********** and no as yet responded to me.

Beginning of September 2017, I sent an email to them stating that I refuse to pay my account again as i have made numerous attempts to cancel my contract!!!

And then they rep**** and gave me a reference number: Reference number: SREQ_ ********** 77 @ Mmamy Khosana on 17-09-2017 and no one has responded to me since then.

No man! This is unacceptable!
