No feedback... How can you call this a retention department?

<p>Send a request into Neotel on Tuesday on how to cancel my account. I guess their strategy is never to get back to you so that you cant leave. I guess this is what happens when you have an incompitent people engaging with customers. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
