No email, No call centre

It would appear that Neotel's email server is down.<br> I managed to get hold of them on Saturday afternoon and was assured that the problem would be sorted out by Monday16 November.<br> it is now Monday, no email, and it is impossible to get hold of their call centre. It is also impossible to email or log a complaint electronically as suggested by the nice lady in the recording as THE EMAIL DOESN'T WORK!!<br> Come on guys, get your act together and get some communication going, maybe try using Radio702 to apologise to your customers and keep us up to date.
