No customer service

I have the Neo Broadband wireless package. Something seems to have went wrong as I have no internet access for 3 days. I have tried calling the call centre for assistance but no one picks up/ I have even emailed customer care but received no respone.

How am I supposed to resolve the issue I am experiencing if no one is wiling to help.

This is pathetic customer service.
