NO CALL RECORDINGS
Do you know that Neotel refuses to give the call recordings of the sale agreement to me the customer. I have received e-mails from them clearly stating that it is their company policy and that they will only release the call recordings if served with a Court order.

Having worked in a call centre before I can honestly say that companies that uses voice recordings as a means of generating sales must give you access to the call recordings. It is the contract and it forms the basis of the terms and agreement.

A company that does not want to release the call recordings are not ethical and they do have something to hide. Why on earth then, would they refuse to allow you to listen to the recording. It is an unfair business practice.

I would assume that a company like Neotel that is part of Vodacom will have better ethics and values.
We are unclear on how we can assist you, are you asking for the recordings? If so, why? We would like all info so that we can properly log it
