No assistance in setting you the SIP account

We have gotten an external technician to assist us in setting up these SIP accounts on the VOIP server Trixbox and it is still not working. I have contact the Neotel help desk 2 days in a row and have been sent to different people for assistance but have still not received any help in resolving the issue. <br> <br> This is a terrible start to a new service and if I do not get any one to help us, may consider cancelling this new service.
