NNeotel, ou get worse and worse with age!!

<p>You never cease to amaze me with your incompetence I took out a data wifi deal in feb. after numerous calls to your technical call agents, I went into your store in fourways. It was established that the signal was bad inmy area(despite your sales person telling me that it was good) The sales lady suggested that I terminate the contract, and promised that I wouldn't be billed for the returned modem and data. Twice I have had to cancel debit orders for your mistakes. I have been given assurances by a senior member of staff that I would not be liable. Today I got an sms saying that my debt had been handed over to your attorneys. I then discovered that I have been listed as a slow payer/blacklisted. To say that I am furious would be an understatement!! I request that you cancel handing me over to the debt collectors and have me removed as a slow payer:blacklisted. Please note that if these demands are not met I will sue you</p>
