NEVER use neotel!!!!!

I moved a few months ago, techs came and moved everything and I had no problems with my internet. 2 weeks ago my internet started dropping connect for a few seconds and connected again.

Yesterday techs had a look and the tower i am connected at has 3 id's. The techs said that the disconnect happens when it switches between the 3. They have never seen anything like it.

The neotel "tech" had them change routers, antennas ect. The rapair guys told the tech the issue was at the tower and not at my end.

Guess what the tech told the repair guys... i have to be happy woth what i have then.

Today i got a call from that same teh and the excuse for the internet being messed up the last 2 weeks, there is a building in the way. A building between my antenna and the tower that i have a clear line of site with.

NEVER USE NEOTEL.
