Never use Neotel!

So I tried to Neotel because I thought that they would better that Telkom because they are private. <br> <br> However to my avail they were a lot worse!<br> <br> Please if you want to save yourself time, dont EVER get Neotel. <br> <br> So my main complaint = Everything.<br> <br> This includes:<br> 1 month delayed installation <br> 30min waiting time on per call - call center<br> And because for their bad service you have to call a lot.<br> over billing <br> Issues with refunding<br> Its just chaos there<br> <br> So my advice is to stick with Telkom, not consider Neotel, unless you have a lot of spare time, loove spending hours on the phone while you wait for someone to answer at call center and love sending emails back and forth to them.<br> <br> Thanks for wasting my time and frustrating me Neotel, you are the best!
