NEVER INSTALLED LINE CANCELLATION IGNORED

Our Switchboard installer attempted to setup the Neotel line allocated to Totalpost Services. There was no signal sufficient to install the Neotel line and we made the decision to not go ahead with the Neotel line.<br> Since the line had never been installed we have been receiving invoices from Neotel for this non existing line with statements showing NO activity on incoming or outgoing services on this non installed line.Neotel was contacted and later we submitted an affidavit certified by Midrand Police requesting cancellation of the NON installed line in question.Eventually response from Neotel regarding the cancellation letter informed us that the affidavit must be on Police structured documentation - another waste of time.<br> Since multiple email requests to Neotel requesting the cancellation we have not received any responses from Neotel but only from their attorneys MBA, instructing that the arrears account be settled for services never received. Neotel is **********ly claiming for money for service never provided/installed.<br> We want to hand this issue over to our company lawyer but Neotel attorneys cannot provide any written documents pertaining to this matter.
