NEOTEL ... what a JOKE for Wireless Connection ... CAN'T even use the internet with this Service Provider!

<p>I am sending the debit order back at the end of the month if you so choose to put it through after NOT providing me with the services asked for.</p> <p><br />I wanted wireless internet and certainly NOT to spend over 10 minutes JUST trying to open up my emails, from my PC.</p> <p><br />This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Speeds that are an absolute JOKE and on one test, it completely timed out!!! One of the speed tests remained dormant for over 15 minutes!!!!!!! I cannot even update my Windows Defender, without a connection timeout error!</p> <p><br />What bogus service are you selling here? It is taking OVER 10 minutes to upload a PDF!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p><br />You can come and fetch your pathetic piece of router and cancel my service for all I care, as I am not getting it anyway.</p> <p><br />Account: R ********** 01</p>
