Neotel - Useless 3rd Party Installer Used

To cut a long story short. I had Neotel Wireless Broadband Internet installed. They charge a R500 connection fee for this service. I refuse to pay for this due to the fact that their 3rd party supplier does not know how to crimp an RJ45 cable or to test it properly before leaving. They saw that the connection was not working after installing the antennae, told me its because the service is not active yet and that within an hour it will be up. What they failed to test is that there was no data connection to the antenna on the roof (no green LED on the router signaling a connection). Plus they ran out of RJ45 connector and spliced a spare LAN cable and connected it to the PoE cable and taped it together and had planned to leave it like that. So I had to go buy an RJ45 connector, I crimped the cable myself (I'm in IT and have the tools and skills), but I could not get to the roof do redo that side. After 2.5 days of being offline, they came back and re-crimped the roof side and all was working. My service was active since the 1st day they were here. I will not pay pro-rata for a service I did not have. I tried to contact the sales guy, but have got no response.
