Neotel Too Big to worry about consumer customers

Being with Neotel for basically since they started offereing consumer packages you would think they would want to keep me as a customer ?

However you'd be wrong !

I called in wanting to give them a chance to offer me a better deal and the actual words I heard from the call center consultant was " It's okay , you can cancel " . She then just put the phone down . I called back wanting to speak to the manager there and they just told me there is no manager there to take my call , and promised to get them to call me tomorrow before EOB . Again No call back .

So a word of warning to every one thinking of getting a Neotel Fixed LTE line , to people that you have to deal with don't care and actually will tell you to please cancel so that they don't have to deal with you in the Future .

What a disapointment , turning me a customer who has gotten many people to join their network , will now make a point to make sure every one I ever meet know's not to even think of getting anything from them .
