Neotel, the WORST service provider

Worst customer service ever. Our internet just cuts off in the middle of the day/late evening and they couldn’t be bothered to let us know why it just shuts off. I’m a student and I have a lot of assignments to do during the course of the week that I’m unable to complete or having to postpone for another day because I can’t complete anything at home. For two weeks I’ve left campus after 9:30pm due to no internet service at home.

I highly don’t recommend Neotel. VERY UNRELIABLE. And to top it off you don’t when you’re internet is going to turn back on. So you might got weeks without internet service
