Neotel - The worse of the worse when it comes to internet services!

0/10 would never recommend this company, I canceled my contract last year September October, have not been in the country since and it seems someone even with a sim card that has been snapped in half since that time data has magically been used. I still get bills for the data being used and I'm not even in the country anymore how pathetic is that!

This company is not to be trusted, is incredibly ********** and any customers past or current that read this I advise you to check your billings and install a data checker on your device as they are charging and billing people even when no data has been used at all.

Let us also talk about service, I called them to discuss an outage with their service and it took maybe 6/7 calls to get an answer, they kept telling me they will call me back, they never called me back not once! Each time I got a different answer and eventually it seemed to come back on its own after a few days costing me clients and business and not even an apology, no sorry and I'm still waiting on that call back they promised me!

It seems no one in this company knows anything about what they are doing or how to handle anything with regards to clients! Not once have I had this kind of issue with ANY company I've EVER dealt with apart from this disgusting company called... you guessed it... Neotel... More like Disgustel.

Do not use this company if you value your internet stability and also internet speed and reliability or even if you value customer service don't use this company, in fact, I cannot think of one instance this company has done something good for me, just avoid Neotel completely you will have fewer headaches less stress and guaranteed to sleep better at nights without Neotel.
