Neotel the most useless wifi in the world

<p>Neotel has not been working for about a month. They don't answer phones and we did get 1 email saying they are working on the problem. All I want is a phone call to sort out this mess. We run a business and CANNOT operate with the wifi.</p> <p>Totally useless company. since we have had it.</p>
