Neotel Terrible service and terrible customer relations. Looking to change provider ASAP.

We are experiencing terrible reliability of service from Neotel. Our internet is down regularly impeding our business. Then to call the call centre you can hang on for 20 to 30 minutes before being answered. There is a list of escalation supervisor - manager - through to General Manager. But nobody answers these numbers and you leave a voice message but nobody ever returns your call. Terrible service and terrible customer relations. Looking to change provider ASAP.
