neotel terminated my prepaid lin for no reason

Neotel terminated my prepaid data connection with no authority and for no reason and fail to reconnect it, I call everyday and sit over half an hour on the phone, siboniso said someone using her password terminated my line and she can't understand why and now neotel can't find my rica documents which were sent to them (I have been using the line for 4 months already!!) They would not have activated it if I had no supp**** rica documents, now I had to email documents with no internet access and even after I did that still no reconnection!!!! And no response, siboniso keeps saying she will sort it out but refuses to take my calls and no one there knows what is going on. This is pathetic service, my business has no internet for the past week and neotel is non chalant!! Something has to be done
