Neotel sucks!

<p>For the past month my Neotel LTE has hardly worked. When it does work, I only get a quarter of the speed that I pay for. I have made approximately 15 phone calls to try and have my service working as it should. I have reached the conclusion that they are unable to provide the service and frankly they should not be allowed to offer a service they are incapableof providing. I have laid a complaint with ICASA - that is how bad they actually are. Whatever you do, stay away fron this "service provider".</p>
