Neotel - stay away! Bad service provider

Very bad service and unfair treatment from Neotel. I am beyond patience and energy from the dealings with them since last year, and it seems this ordeal will never end. They hook you with promises and once you are in, the harassment and bad treatment begins. I moved to a new house in April, called Neotel call centre to establish coverage availability and they ASSURED me the cover in my new area was good. When i moved in i immediately notices that the signal was low and the speed of internet was very slow. From there number of calls i made to the same call centre, every time they gave me the same - the signal is good, no reason to complain, no reason to give you a booster antenna. Finally i put a complaint here on this great portal and immediately got a call from a supervisor of their technical dep. His mail stated - no cover in your area, not feasible to put a booster, you need to terminate. They refused to refund me for the payments i made between April and 1st Oct, i had to fight with them to get the termination fee removed, now i am struggling to get my account in order. Many promises are made, which proved to be lies. No one is interested at Neotel. Who do i escalate to now?
