Neotel......should be called NO TEL!

<p>I have been without wifi and disrupted telephone service for 6 days now, that is after noticing for the past few months how bad Neotel is actually getting but sadly having a 24 month contract that I cannot get out of. But now....after numerous calls I am still waiting for a technician to come and see what the problem is. I phone the customer care department several times a day, get cut off while speaking to a consultant and no one calls me back.</p> <p>I run a business from home that requires a phone and wifi - please can somebody from Neotel please assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
