NEOTEL SERVICE SUCKS

What a horrible experience trying to get their customer services to assist. I am unable to load airtime on my prepaid Neotel handset. Called customer services at 19:00 and was told to try in 10 minutes, if it doesnt work, try again tomorrow. This problem started at around 14:00, and the operator just wouldn't do anything to assist. i definitely advise anyone against subscribing to Neotel under any circumstances. You get what you pay for.
