Neotel service sucks

<p>I am on contract with Neotel. I had a cordless landline which worked great for my business as I'm on the road a lot. </p> <p>Unfortunately I lost the hand set in June and have been asking, begging for Neotel to give me another handset or do a sim swap or come up with some solution with no avail. </p> <p>My emails are being sent from pillar to post</p> <p>No solution offered </p> <p>When I called Cida Neotel they were unhelpful. </p> <p>It's now month 4 and still nothing but they are taking money from my account without fail. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please contact me. Advise on a way forward and prove to me that Neotel is not as useless as I now think they are. </p> <p>Can't believe I was canvassing for them and got my friends to also get the landlines ( How ironic)</p>
