Neotel service not what was promised

I moved two telephone lines and a data line to Neotel innJune 2014. They PROMISED a better service than we were receiving from Telkom. This NOT true. The service has been disastrous. It has cost us hundreds of thousands of rands in loss of business, dropped calls, Internet down time etc. they even installed three separate aerials and still it does not function properly. <br> <br> THE PRODUCT IS JUST SUB-STANDARD.<br> <br> Now when I need to terminate, they want to charge me????<br> <br> NO GUYS. THATS NOT RIGHT!!!!
