Neotel service is impossible to terminate!!!

<p>We have been trying to terminate this service since June of this year but to no avail. I have reference numbers for each time that I have contacted Neotel and still I have been unable to terminate this service and the debit orders arrive like clock work!! I'm starting to think that it will be easier to change our bank account, but will now instead start rejecting th debit orders. Maybe that will ensure that the issue gets resolved.</p> <p>I am beyond frustrated and will never ever recommend Neotel to anybody else.</p>
