Neotel's pathetic service

<p>my Neotel lte has hardly worked for two weeks. It is impossible to get to speak to management. I am paying for a service that I don't receive. STAY AWAY FROM NEOTEL. THEY ARE CLUELESS AND DISINTERESTED. Pathetic!! I would rather go back to Telkom dialup</p>
