Neotel's Double Debiting Bank Account
- 1.5 Years Ago, I took out a Data Contract with Neotel via Mitabyte Computers in Springfield Park in Durban-KZN. Very happy with my Data prices , but not happy about Neotel's Service to me. My contract states that, debits will go off on the 7th of the month, but Neotel changed this to the 1st. My customers pay me by the 5th of every month. My bank account has been abused by Neotel ever since. Wrote numerous E-mails to various people in Accounts Department, to no avail. They make promises, but don't keep to them.. All e-mails: to &
