Neotel ripoff

I have taken up a contract for internet services from Neotel, at a speed of 4 Mbps. Over the last 20 months (thankfully not much more to go), I very seldom reached the contracted speed. Most of the time the speed hobbles around 2 Mbps, sometimes I can't even connect at all, frequently the speed is as low as 0.12 Mbps. It's so nostalgic to be back on the 56k days! Anybody interested I have dozens and dozens of speed checks to prove the point. After each complaint, service improves for a few hours and is back to the crawl speed after that.

There is only one description for the service offered: COMPLETE RIPOFF.
