Neotel Pre-paid ****

<p>I bought a Neotel USB Data Modem. Unbeknown to me was the fact that you had to top-up this modem frequently with data else the modem becomes redundant.</p> <p>On various calls to Neotel support to load a Top-up Data Voucher to the modem I was subsequently told after 2 days that I had to buy a new modem because the number on that modem has lapsed.</p> <p>I am amazed that Neotel still exists.</p>
