Neotel poor service and unresponsive

We recently upgraded our package contract with Neotel, however the day after we were upgraded our internet stopped working. It's almost 2 weeks now and nobody is getting back to assist us. We have called endless amount of times for assistance however nobody can help us. The call centre keeps telling us they will send a technician out, however nobody comes out. Our business cannot run without internet.<br> On top of this issue they still have not cancelled our old contract so at the moment we are paying for an old service we don't have anymore and a new service which does not work.<br> This is way beyond unprofessional
