Neotel phone line hacked

on the 04/03/2015 my phone line was hacked. A gentleman called me on the 19/03/2015 advising me that a black man had called his company a *** line from my phone number and they were now looking for payment. The company sent me through the recording which I could clearly hear an African gentleman speaking. When my itemized billing arrived at month end sure as daylight this number was dialed from my phone line. <br> 1. We are a white family <br> 2. my husband works out of town so it could not have been him. <br> 3. My children are far to young to call a *** line let alone make there voices sound like a black African man.<br> When approaching Neotel I was advised that there lines can not be hacked. When I advised them of this the only responce is our lines cant be hacked. They are not willing to look into how there line HAS been hacked <br> My REF: for Neotel advising me that there lines can not be hacked is TECH***. <br> My REF: for a IT Manager to return my call regarding this is FCR***. <br> VERY disappointed that Neotel wont make the effort in getting to the bottom of a hacked phone line.
