NEOTEL PATHETIC

On 1/6/15 I app**** for a Neotel account/service.<br> On 2/6/15 account was approved. Neotel went ahead without my confirmation to dispatch the modem. When the courier service called I told them that I have cancelled the WHOLE transaction with Neotel and that they must send it back. On 4/6/15 sent an e-mail CANCELLING the transaction, as I never received anything from Neotel. Since then I have logged various service calls to cancel and also receiving statements, after that. On 22/7/15 again I phoned them and received a reference SREQ*** - still receiving annoying statements.<br> <br> I HAVE RECEIVED NO MODEM NOR ANY SERVICE FROM NEOTEL BUT MUST PAY - that is totally ridiculous.<br> <br> Now TODAY, 10/09/15 I received a call saying that my account was handed over to their attorneys for collection!!! That is pathetic to say the least. Now I have a bad record because of someone not doing what they were paid for at Neotel. I am taking this matter further.<br> <br> E Kleynhans<br> <br> <br>
