Neotel oh neotel

<p>I had a netoel account some years ago capped at 15gig at R188 a month. After a year of requesting statements from neotel i was informed my account had been handed over to nudebt. After 3 months nu debt has managed to get me statemnts however they say the do not get a response from neotel regarding my statements that they overcharged me. As per the statments i sent neotel owes me more than i allegedly owe them. Neotel, u know i havent paid you since 2015 august, debt prescribes in 3 years better get a move on. How long do you plan to take on this file? Keep in mind i still have all the emails on statement requests,compliants and our agreement of my account being capped.Just look at al the comments on my file its sad really how u treat cients. So now the question remains, I who am currently working at a debt counsellor and busy doing a debt counceling course under the NCR am all to well versed in the law. So ombusman here we come ? Consumer protection act and NCR act aint there for show.</p>
