Neotel notvtaking advantage of cdma dual sim phone

Hi, I want to use neotel data but need to test if my dual sim wcdma phone operating on 800 and 2100 MHz will work. The phone has a mini sim but neotel only has normal sized sims. The person at HO said that it will work but I must go in to get the sim registered. If it works then why not have a mini sim (sim cutter) to test?<br> They are stiffling their profit.
