Neotel not delivering

I own a small coffee shop that offers free wifi. Neotel is my service provider but they have been very bad in delivering anything. My wifi crashes daily and even opening the Google home page doesn't always work. They came out and tolet me that I can only get 6mbps even though I'm paying for 8mbps. They told me I have to pay R800 for a call out fee, but I dont have the problem, they do. Pretty sure I'm cancelling and moving to who knows who because Telkom is even worse!
