Neotel = NO SERVICE

NEOTEL installed a device a few months ago - signal kept dropping and losing internet access. reported multiple times until an \Airtel"system was installed. Signal has gone from bad to atrocious. Multiple reference numbers later I still have signal dropping and no internet access. I get told by Musi (I think) that they are having continuous problems with the router used and will come out the next day to install a new one. That was Tuesday the 3rd November - no technician and not even a telephone call as to why he could not make it. Anyone considering NEOTEL be very cautious - very quick to install but when something goes wrong"
