Neotel new service what a joke!!!!!!

I am an existing client of Neotel. I upgraded my data offering to their 4mb line last Monday. Neotel installed the hardware on Thursday. impressive. Since then nothing. The line apparently is blocked by their rica department. Nothing outstanding as I am an existing client but blocked nonetheless Despite three phone calls and promises to phone back nothing. Im currently holding on and has been for the past 30 minutes. What a useless bunch!!! just been cut -off. nice
