Neotel - Never connected
<p>I have a Neotel account for over 4 years now but lately I have had so many problems with connection. I have called how many times now as my connection keeps on dropping but all they can tell me is that they know they have a problem but they don't know what it is yet so they cannot fix it. What am I paying for???????</p>
Ok, so they are sorry and called me yesterday. I asked three different people that called me to please call me today at 17h00 when I will be at my computer and router......I am still waiting, no calls. To make matters worse, I keep on getting mails that I have used almost all my data/ credit limit this month for the fist time in 2 years????? How could I possibly have done that when I almost never have connection?

It is now the next day and I still have not heard a single thing from anyone from Neotel. I am clearly not a valuable client for them. O well, luckily there are many other companies offering this kind of service.
