Neotel LTE service is the WORST

<p>I have a 4meg uncapped LTE line with Neotel. 1st 3 months I was getting decent speeds then it was downhill from there. Now I am lucky if I can get 0.5meg. They advertise boldly a 25:1 contention ratio. According to one of their technicians that I dealt with, there were 200+ users on the base station that I am on!!! I have repeatedly logged the issue with them and then the line speed is upped for a day or two and then reverts back to ridiculously slow again. I am terribly disappointed and should've rather gone with Telkom instead</p>
