Neotel locked network devices

My family was one of the first private Neotel clients. We have persuaded over 30 people which subsequently become Neotel clients. Recently my family had to cancel one of our contracts as its forever out of reception, next is our data contract as these is permanent reception issue which i have give to fight for.....<br> Thanks to us one of our elderly friends purchased cash a ZTE AC30 rooter from Neotel and was using it on a prepaid plan. However he was obtained a Cell C card with alot of data and I install it into the Neotel rooter. I couldnt manage to connect so on Monday morning-5 Oct i spoke to Vusi from the call centre attempting to get guided to setting the card. I was told:\it cant be done coz Neotel uses user name and password"...I was surprised and ended the conversation without obtaining ref number.<br> Today-6 Oct after rethinking that all cards actually do require user and pin I contacted the call centre again and spoke to Innocentia which rudely told me \""the device can only be used with Neotel"
