Neotel Lies about availability

After feasibility being passed and signing a contract for 36 months for fibre ISP, i was informed that it was no longer commercially viable due to another contract being cancelled. I was then told that the solution would be for a wireless \last mile\" and the feasibility also came back passed. I was then informed only because i took it upon myself to call the channel manager the day before due installation that it was again commercially not feasible. Excuses/reasons given were in my opinion lies and unacceptable. Neotel has wasted my companies time and energy and delayed the roll out of projects. "
