Neotel leaves us in the lurch

Good Day #Neotel. We signed up with Neotel around October 2017. To date we have been extremely happy with the service and been singing your praises on Facebook and to friends looking for internet coverage. Now we receive a letter to notify us that our service will be terminated. You leave us high and dry where do we go from here? Can you not pass on your existing customers to an alternative service provider? I find this most disappointing . We have been searching for the past two months endless googling , emailing calling etc and still cannot find an internet solution. WE were advised to contact Vox and Mweb but they cannot help us
