Neotel laughs at Hellopeter and me as customer

So I went into a contract with Neotel for 2 wireless routers with data. The one barely works, the other we moved all over Gauteng and works nowhere. So I tried to cancel the contract but Neotel wanted to sell me another contract! I wrote to Hellopeter. Neotel answered sarcastically \thanks for the compliment"and unilaterally cancelled the contracts and charged me R1800 in cancellation fees. Are they just plain stupid or spiteful? For Hellopeter Neotel has obviously no regard"
