Neotel keep billing months after service cancelled

Shocking! Months after cancelling they still take money off my account. Have sent through instruction to the bank, but they just change the amount and then the payment goes through. I cancelled according to their procedure, even got confirmation via email. Don't sign up with Neotel, you will be with them for life!!!
