Neotel just can't be bothered

On the 27th of March I wrote a complaint here on hellopeter about their lack of stock, the rudeness of their staff and just being useless in general. It is now almost 3 months since I have been \approved"for services by Neotel and I STILL have no idea as to when I could expect delivery.
